KaraFi (Kara Finance) began with a clear problem: non-exchange GAM certificates had no central market in which to find a counterparty. We built a safe, confidential marketplace where a holder can turn certificates into cash before maturity and a company with surplus cash can invest at a known rate backed by a bank — and alongside it, with Kara Chain and Kara Consultant, we support supply-chain finance from financial orchestration to capital-market advice.
