Buy board ←Three ways to deal
When you file a request you choose how the deal should run.
Direct
Once connected, the two sides see each other's details and negotiate directly.
Brokered
KaraFi's brokerage desk runs the negotiation and introduces the two sides once they agree.
Expert-assisted
A KaraFi expert publishes the request on your behalf, finds the counterparty and stays with you until the deal is done.
The marketplace's business rules
- 1A verified identity is required to send a request to the market.
- 2Each trader may have at most 3 buy and 3 sell requests, and 4 live in total — to keep the market clean and stop duplicates.
- 3In phase one, every request is reviewed and approved by KaraFi's experts before publication.
- 4Each certificate is worth 1,000,000 IRR at face value and matures within 12 months.
- 5Requests are first saved in the applicant's cartable and sent to the market whenever they choose.
- 6Profiles carry a green tick for identity, and offers a green tick for authenticity (the GAM certificates' SMS).
