KaraFi marketplace rules in phase one

Basic services are free, identity verification is required to publish, and each account has at most 3 buy, 3 sell and 4 active requests.
Basic marketplace services are free: creating an account and viewing buy and sell offers and the market as a whole, search and basic filters, publishing buy and sell requests once identity is verified, requesting contact with a counterparty (verified accounts only), and basic notifications and request management.
Identity verification is required to publish. Each account may hold up to 3 buy and 3 sell requests, with no more than 4 published at once — a cap that keeps the market's quality and prevents duplicate requests. In phase one every request is reviewed and approved by hand.
Every published request is traded in one of two ways. Direct with its publisher: both the publisher and the party asking to connect must be identity verified. Brokered: the listing enters negotiation through KaraFi.
Expert assistance means the applicant (buyer or seller) asks KaraFi to publish the listing on the company's behalf, and KaraFi finds and introduces a suitable counterparty itself.
A profile can be verified with a green tick, and an order can be authenticated by verifying the exact certificates behind it; a green-ticked order on the market requires uploading the SMS for the GAM certificates.
